Uhh... the whole point of having a nice level for this is so that more
important things can pre-empt the CPU for it, but if nothing important
is running, the nice-d process gets the lion's share of the CPU.  Just
run top when you've got a nuvexport going and no playbacks on the same
box.  You'll see it takes as much of the CPU as it can get.
