Not at all.  The exhaust from the power supply is really the only warm
area.  The only "modification" was pulling the side (or bottom depending
on orientation) wall our a  bit to fit the second card in.  It's still
OK nonetheless.

Ahh yes, the old fat-finger mistake.  512 MB is correct.  I am surprised
that you put two pvr250's in a pundit- Do you have heat problems?  Did
the case require any additional modifications for two encoder cards?
