The ISO filesystem does not support files over 2 GB.  If you use UDF
this will not be a problem.

Look at the dvd authoring script on the mythtv wiki.  It's very helpful.

You might want to read the section of the mythtv docs that deals with this issue. You are going to have to transcode the file at least once. You have to split the audio and video and then recombine them in DVD format before burning them as a video. If you are just saving the raw file, then no trancoding is needed but you will have to provide a means of playing the .nuv file.
