the error 

"Duplicate entry '1057-2004-11-01 23:30:00' for key 1" 

states that this data is already in the db (Duplicate entry) and the db
for this column doesn't accept dups.  

Why the duplicate entry is in your input data is the real question.  I'm
a MythTV newbie so I'm not sure if dumping your existing data and then
trying to import again is viable advice, hopefully someone else will
chime in.
