[mythtv-users] Trouble with HD playback

hmm, silly question, how do I change from OSS to Alsa sound?  I
commented out the oss stuff in settings.pro and uncommented the alsa
stuff and now it gives a message that there is no sound available...

What deinterlace is better? Do I select Bob? etc?

Also, to enable XvMC, do I need to disable XV? or does it supercede it?

I'm so close to getting flawless playback... I can record fine, but
nothing in HD plays back normally.  Also, I'm getting audio dropouts
during playback.  The dropout is not in the audio perse, but in the
decoding of the 5.1 sound.... I guess trying OSS is worth it.
