Here is what I get Axel.
$ rpm -q mythweb
mythweb-0.15-57.rhfc1.at
$ rpm -ql mythweb| grep /var/www/html/mythweb/php_sessions
/var/www/html/mythweb/php_sessions
$ rpm -V mythweb
.M...... /var/www/html/mythweb/image_cache
missing /var/www/html/mythweb/php_sessions
$ ls -l /var/www/html/mythweb/php_sessions
ls: /var/www/html/mythweb/php_sessions: No such file or directory
