Have you tried the .15 RPMS? I just used apt to install .15 on Suse 9.1.  Here 
is the sources.list line:

rpm http://folk.uio.no/oeysteio/apt suse/9.1-i586 olsen

I took a look at the URL and they don't have .15 9.0 yet.  You may want to 
email the guy and find out if he can compile it up for you.
