Yeah, they want to ease you into a false sense of security with innocent 
questions... for now its like "Isn't it a nice day", then next one will be 
like "Whats your social security number?" and "Where do you keep your 
silverware?"...  kidding...

I read over the agreement and it (IANAL) seems pretty loose on the privacy 
part of things.  The aggregated information part of it is okay, but later on 
basically it says that...

Basically I think it means they can use whatever for whatever...  Personally I 
don't care right now, since all they really know about me is that I have all 
the cable channels from COX and a few other items.  

I just think people don't read enough - and once they see "privacy policy" 
they think oh - they have a policy... it is all going to be okay.
