[mythtv-users] Is the GUI slow for everyone or just for me?

I was actually prepared for file deletes to be slow by reading the FAQ, 
but interestingly, even though I'm using ext3, deletes even of 2-hour 
recordings are quite quick.  I think that's just more indication my 
issue is related to memory more than drive speed.

I have noticed the key buffering though - it would be nice if every 
operation flushed the keyboard buffer when it completed...or maybe just 
every operation except moving the 'cursor'.  Dunno how that all works in 
X though.
