[mythtv-users] mythtvsetup is not updated on my system! Help

Sorry to reply to myself but I figured it out at about 3am last night.
All is well now and I was being stupid.
When building CVS, the "setup" program is compile but "make install"
does not move it anywhere. I found it in the source directory and was
able to cp to /usr/bin/mythtvsetup.
