[mythtv-users] Patches for mythweb mythvideo

These patches are to enable a link to the MythVideo video file from
MythWeb's Mythvideo page. Have only done the Default theme though.

Patches are for:
mythweb/config/conf.php
mythweb/themes/Default/video.php
