Thanks for the tip but I'm afraid there are no TV-out options in the
Radeon driver (see below for options and
http://www.xfree86.org/4.3.0/radeon.4.html for an explanation what they
all mean) :

The Pundit is't the only barebone using this chipset. Shuttle has a few as
well with more or less the same problems :

I guess I'll use a PVR350 for TV-out for now. The pundit still remains my
favourite combined frontend/backend system!
