Yes, Wiki's kan be good for routing people to the right documentation. When 
you think some info is out of place or badly accesible you just put up a link 
on a more appropriate place.

Forums (besides the Gossamer-Threads "link-hack") already have been started, 
most specificly for the different MythTV centric distro's, like KnoppMyth. 
This would be natural since for more specific non-distro-flavour questions 
you 'kick' people to the mailinglist.

A bit OT, but IMHO we should also have an official hardware mailinglist. Maybe 
the difference between what mythtv-users is now and a seperate hardware ml 
might be a little thin though. But at least we could shift between people who 
are planning to install or upgrade their MythTV boxen and using the software 
(mythtv-_users_).
