Yup. Me, for example.
I'm using elm and vi for doing email since twenty years, and 
I don't mean to change. I really appreciate text-only mail.
Non-text emails make me waste a lot of time to edit them
to make them readable.

Also, I didn't know there was a version of outlook for Linux.

As well as not changing that questionable default of enclosing
the whole previous discussion at the end of current message,
instead of doing a rational quoting...
