This only be legal if supoorted by dish network and it is not. They would
have to give card with smart car adapter, they would need to know box keys,
card number ( that is only supported in Europe). For now you need cheap
cards and dish network reciver and lirc. The program you talk about will let
you watch dish network without paying for it . I gues there are files fo
linux that will let you encrypt dishnetwork, but it is illegal.
