Yes, lots of fuzzy issues.  Though I think with mp3 playback we're in
the clear.  Not selling a hardware decoder.  Just hardware, and helping
people install software to decode (and at last check, software decoders
were still relatively in the clear for licensing)

Yeah, not an issue.  heck, here we even have a PXE/kickstart server
that'll load fedora.

Yes, dealing with cable boxes and their ilk will definitely be the
biggest issue.  And honestly, I have no experience in this area (and no
desire to double the cost my my cable bill to find out, as it's aready
too high for my taste).
