Good point.  And yes, craigslist has a seattle section.

The only real issue with the "it works out the door" bit and myth is the
varied input sources.  Satellite vs digital cable vs analog cable vs ???
all mean different setup instructions, IR Blaster, etc., and no way to
completely test all of these on-site at the class.
