When I installed the X driver it fixed my OSD problem but the newest "Chris"
ivtv driver caused certain OSD glitches.  When I just used the new X driver
and the "stock" ivtv driver I had no problems with the OSD but some freezes
watching live TV.  When I reverted back to both "stock" drivers it seems to
be behaving with only an occasional FFWD crash.
