[mythtv-users] Tv-out problem

Currently on step 8 of Jarod's How-to about installing
a VGA card.  I'm using a Geforce4 MMx 440 card w/
TV-out.  I added the TV-out settings and rebooted the
machine (with monitor disconnected).  The system come
up but my TV is blank.  When I try to reconnect the
monitor it does not get a signal.  So I assume the
card is attempting to output to the TV.  I have not
added any settings for Twinview yet.

I've looked through the nvidio log files and don't see
anything although they are lengthy and I mostly
scimmed them.

Any suggestions?
