That claims to decrypt Videoguard, but even if it does at 130 quid for the 
CAM alone, it's very pricey. :(

It appears that DirecTV also use Videoguard...  Maybe the crackers will 
eventually work out how to decode it in software (I'm not condoning 
stealing content from Sky, but if they refuse to release a CAM then using 
a crack to access what you have legitimately paid for seems fair).
