[mythtv-users] Lirc, Hauppage PVR-250 Gray Remote and Page-Up/Down

Does anyone know how to bind the PageUp/PageDown keys with Lirc?  I've
tried some of the examples I saw in some of the other remote config
files but have not had any success.
