[mythtv-users] Nuvexport / mythtranscode fails because fifo directory isn't there

Oh, and on the second part there... I did have write permission because 
I never changed users between running nuvexport and manually creating 
it.  I can't answer exactly why it didn't create it, unless it created 
the fifodir in one location and then looked in another for it...?
