[mythtv-users] Video Quality

I've got the jittery motion problem with a PVR-250 too. Just out of
curiosity, how many of us that have this problem have digital cable? I
_believe_ the cable co here encodes the digital channels to MPEG2 (I've
got a dct2224) so is this just a consequence of encoding the same signal
x2? Just guessing here...
