SoundBlaster Audigy OEM, picked up from a local shop, don't know the
exact part number, using ALSA 1.0.2. There was a little check box in
gnome-alsamixer that had to be checked to enabled digital output. There
was an equivalent setting somewhere in alsamixer, but it wasn't very
obvious that was what it did. That's about all I can recall right now
(its been months since I actually set it up)...
