[mythtv-users] Video Sources UK setup

Should really be in the xmltv list, but as far as I know Ananova TV listings
are no longer available and the only choice you have in the UK now is to use
the tv_grab_uk_rt grabber which uses a slower grab from the Radio Times
website.
