I've not tried the supplied cable - doesn't it has a video connection
and a 3.5mm jack which could go in the line-out of either the 350 or the
sound card? Many people go for the sound card option, after looping from
the 350 to the sound card line-in.

A SCART adapter will certainly work - that's exactly what I do, and I
don't have much noise, even with the adapter at the end of a 9m cable
run from my myth box.
