[mythtv-users] pre-populated dvb_pids, dvb_channel tables for ExpressVu

Does anyone have these they can share?  My DataDirect lineup has all 
the ExpressVu channels, so mythconverg.channels is fully populated but 
I'd rather not have to manually enter the Symbol Rate, Polarity, VPID, 
APID and frequencies for all 300 whatever channels are in my database 
or when I want to subscribe to new channels -- kinda a pain.

If anyone has these which they can share or a link to where I might 
find them or a way to automatically generate them, I'd really 
appreciate it..
