What about the bttv part?  Does it see an MSP34xx chip?  I have a  TV 
Wonder, and didn't have any problems getting it to work (once I found 
enough information...), I put in a TV Wonder VE (which I knew wouldn't 
work with btaudio), and it still assigns dsps to it when I load the 
btaudio module.  Another website that has info about btaudio is at
