Thanks for the tips on pcb houses, guys.  I've used zoompcb.com alot, 
but apcircuits.com seems to be cheaper.  Maybe I'll use them to make the 
first run of boards when I have everything up and running.  If demand is 
high, I'll just turn everything over to an assembly house and let them 
turnkey this for me.  I've gotten very good prices doing this with large 
quantity orders.
