Thanks - the wiki doesn't get a huge amount of encouragement (!) so it

That's the spirit I in which I extended the HowTo

What's underscanning? why would I want that?

(The javascript page I link to does the shifting calcs btw.)

You can register so edit's bear your name (which is nice so people can
