Yup, like RedHat, Suse, MontaVista, Linksys, Cyberguard, etc. The 
license does not state "not for commercial use'".

Hey if it brings mythtv into the mainstream so much the better. They 
will have to support their paying customers who are likely to be people 
unfamiliar with linux. These poeple are unlikely to dig under the hood 
like folks here in the list. And maybe they can devote some full-time 
effort into improving mythtv, and feed it back to us.
