[mythtv-users] My rear-end segfaults trying to "Watch TV"!

No luck. mythbackend can schedule and record shows, but the frontend
cannot play either prerecorded or live TV. mplayer plays the .nuv file
just fine on myth's console.
Anyone know how I might further debug this issue?
Is there any way to debug the communication between front and backend?
