You can already do this.  In the "Select Music" screen, go to "Active 
Playlist".  Hit (right arrow).  Now select a track and press Info/Menu.  
The track's icon will change to up/down arrows, and you can move it up 
or down within the playlist.

Note that to do this with a saved playlist you must first copy the 
playlist to the Active Playlist.  Simply selecting the playlist for 
playback will give you a single item in the Active Playlist 
representing the saved playlist, but you won't be able to see the 
individual tracks.  I.e., you should highlight the desired playlist, 
press Info/Menu and select "Copy to Active Playlist".  When you're done 
editing the playlist, you can highlight "Active Playlist", press Info/
Menu and select "Save back to tree".
