I haven't tried this myself, but since nobody else replied:

source for each card, each with their own set of channels. However, if
you set the callsign of a channel to be the same for the analog and
digital versions, Myth should recognise that they are the same.
Then you will not see duplicate channels in the program guide, and Myth
can use either to record from etc.

In my setup I have two DVB-T cards on free-to-air, so I use the same
video source for each.
