This might be a little off-topic...

How much would the finetuning affect the picture? I have analog
Comcast cable (CA, USA) and while all the other channels are damn near
perfect, I get only white garbage for channel 3. Will finetuning be
able to change that or is it just to perfect an already available
signal?
