On Debian create a vncserver-start file in /etc/init.d which contains:
su --command='vncserver :1 -depth 16 -geometry 800x600' mythtv >> /var/log/vnc.log 2>&1
And then create a link from /etc/rc5.d/S99vncserver-start to
the file in /etc/init.d
