Let's just remember, though, that you really shouldn't create a service to
redistribute datadirect data. That would be explicitly against the
subscriber agreement you signed when you enrolled for service:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
b) You shall use the Licensed Data only as expressly set forth herein.
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, TMS does not grant You any
rights or licenses in or to the Licensed Data, the related names and
trademarks or associated components, including without limitation the
content and proprietary systems used by TMS in connection with the Licensed
Data. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing two sentences, You
shall not without TMS' prior written consent:
(i) Redistribute or republish the Licensed Data;
Point 1)b)i) is pretty clear here...
As for importing a file, I can see some benefits there, but let's not set up
a redistribution scheme. TMS set up this service expressly for the type of
application that we are using it for, provides it for free (surveyware), and
provides very good performance. In return, server load from web-scraping is
reduced. Let's not violate agreements and jeopardize this service, though.
