[mythtv-users] MythWeb problem. Need "hand holding" to fix.

This means that there is a syntax error somewhere in the php code 
(possibly includes/channels.php, since that's where load_all_channels() 
is defined).  Rather than trying to debug where all of this is 
happening, it might be easier to just reinstall mythweb from scratch.
