Well, I looked at the recording profiles. I had already set the bitrate to
4500, and set resolution to 720 X 480 on all encoders EXCEPT live
TV. Putting Live TV to 720 X 480 fixed it.
Shoulda been a hint in the docs somewhere, or did I miss it?
