I think I'm using it right. The 'New Recordings' settings just doesn't 
stick. I've checked the programs table and the program I'm interested 
in does have the previouslyshown flag set correctly. I was really just 
checking to see if this is a feature in progress or whether it's 
supposed to work or not.
