Yep, they are seen on the PCI bus just fine.

Use:
# /usr/bin/test_ioctl -d /dev/video1 <command>
to tweak the second card.

Sounds like it. If you're using cable, double-check if your provider uses the 
us-cable or us-cable-hrc frequency table. Or just try the opposite of 
whatever you have set right now. Or maybe you're just on a channel that 
doesn't come in clearly. You could also try changing channels...

I can't recall how to change your frequency table when you're talking strictly 
command-line stuff. Anyone else? Change channels either with some test_ioctl 
options or with ptune.

Don't need 'em.

ivtv is definitely finding both cards just fine.
