[mythtv-users] password german mythfilldatabase --manual

Steffen, 
In Germany, you need to use the tv_grab_de_tvtoday grabber, not the
datadirect one, otherwise you would get North American TV Listings,
which you probably don't want :-).
You can define the grabber in mythsetup.
