nuvexport has a dvd export module (and an additional transcode-based dvd 
export module wouldn't be that hard to write, either).  I haven't used 
it, but I hear that it works pretty well.

I also have plans (no time soon, unfortunately) to figure out a way to 
script it all together to create basic menus (multiple shows per dvd)
