Looks like someone already pointed you to the Hauppauge web site, but yes, it 
has both composite and s-video output. (The mfg's web site is *always* 
somewhere you should look for hardware info before asking a mailing list).

Not very hard then. The search string of "pvr-350 output" against the archive 
returns several hits, the very first one of which contains information 
indicating the 350 has both composite and s-video output capability...
