Guys,

Firstly - thank you all for making the MythTV community what it is. Down
here in Australia, MythTV is the only PVR option available. I'm on my second
build of my MythTV box and its has been a very rewarding process. I can say
that the second build too 1/100th of the time of the first ;)

I am still experiencing a couple of challenges with my Myth 0.15/Hauppauge
PVR-250/Fedora1 machine built using Jarod's guide. I would LOVE to get some
help with the following:

1. I can't seem to find a FrequencyID for Channel 10 in Sydney, Australia
(Potts Point to be exact)? Does anyone know it? (I'm using the d1 source)
I have found the other channels (2,7,9,28,31) by manually tuning each ID,
then inserting the right FreqID in the 'mythtvsetup'->Channel Editor'.
(In my old 0.13 MythTV box I previously used an external channel changing
perl prog which would be passed the Channel # and would then call
/usr/lib/ivtv/ptune.pl with a mapped FreqID. Channel 10 was set not with a
FreqID, but a manual frequency setting of 202100).

2. I have no sound in MythTV thorugh the Hauppauge PVR-250 UNLESS I run:

/usr/bin/test_ioctl -v input=7,output=1

Once I do this, sound is perfect! I have to run this ever time I change
channels as MythTV must reverse this upon a channel change.
Is there a place in the mythconverg database or config files where I can
permanently set this setting? (I would rather move away from having my
external change program if I don't need it).

BTW - is there anyone else in Sydney using the d1.com.au data source as I'd
love to have someone to bounce idea's back and forth with?

Thanks in advance.

Steen
