Well websters defines it as:

But that's not important right now ;-)  Well i believe that i see the same
problem from DVD player outputting to the TV where it's outside the
viewable area of the tv slightly.

That is what i am talking about but as i stated in my email.. Changing
those settings have no impact what so ever to the video output to
/dev/video16(mpeg decoder) in the pvr350 apparently.
