[mythtv-users] only root can pause live tv

I don't think so, as the graphic in the upper-right corner changes
briefly when I try to pause, it just immediately changes back to play
rather than pausing.

Presumably.  What has me confused is that there's some permision that
affects pausing of live tv but not all of the live tv functionality.
