[mythtv-users] HDTV smoothness of playback

I have found that renicing the X server to -10 and mythfrontend to -2 
helps smoothness of 1080i playback considerably.  Combined with my 
recent changes (in particular, the patch I submitted this morning), I 
find this renicing makes smoothness nearly perfect, even for things like 
scrolling text.
