That's the MPEG2 decoder being rather unhappy with the data stream. I
couldn't tell you why though. What's your capture hardware?
Assuming that you are receiving analog TV, and therefore encoding to
MPEG either in hardware (PVR-x50) or software, I can't see how you would
get corrupt MPEG data. (I'm using DVB where corruption can occur due to
transmission/reception faults.)
