How do you upgrade to these new NVidia drivers?

I currently have the following installed:
[root at localhost root]# rpm -qa |grep nvidia
nvidia-graphics-libs-1.0_5336-49.rhfc1.at
nvidia-graphics-helpers-0.0.3-3.at
nvidia-graphics4363-libs-1.0_4363-55.rhfc1.at
nvidia-graphics4363-1.0_4363-55.rhfc1.at
nvidia-graphics4363-kmdl-2.4.22-1.2174.nptl_37.rhfc1.at-1.0_4363-49.rhfc1.at
kernel-module-nvidia-graphics4363-2.4.22-1.2188.nptl-1.0_4363-55.rhfc1.at

Do I simply have to uninstall these and install the new ones?
I see the new atrpms are available:
nvidia-graphics6106-1.0_6106-57.rhfc1.at.i386.rpm etc.

I installed using Jarod's guide and must confess that my Linux knowledge, as limited as it is, doesn't cover drivers. So I would appreciated as much detail as possible!

Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

Sincerely,
Vince
